Marigolds are not just a bright flower. Marigolds contain a substance that improves vision, lutein.
You can pick marigold flowers and brew them in tea while the season is in, or you can dry them (without boxes), powder and consume (for example: add to smoothies, cereals, mix with butter, make infusions ...)
Let's make the fastest and simplest marigold infusion.
Ingredients:
1. Marigolds - 1-2 flowers
2. Water - 1 glass
3. Favorite tea - 1 tbsp. spoon (without tea)
Preparation
We take fresh flowers, separate the boxes from them (they can also be saved, useful for other purposes), wash, pour the petals into a blender container, add warm water, grind for about 1.5 minutes.
Pour into a glass, cover with a lid, leave to brew for an hour. Then we filter and drink by a sip during meals 1 time a day (you can add to your favorite tea).
If you add lutein-containing substances to the diet, then vision improves over time (for some reason, a modern song is sung in my head when harvesting marigolds: "Forget-me-not is my favorite flower!")
Have a nice autumn day, friends, and an eagle's view!
