Let's make a vigorous "lively and active" hrenoderchik, as they say without "horse-killing" (ie, without boiling, because after heat treatment it loses its properties and becomes almost useless - cotton).
Horseradish was always on the table of our ancestors, because it stimulates the production of bile, and removes mucus from the body, and kills pathogenic bacteria, and "boosts" the immune system (which is very relevant).
Ingredients:
1. Horseradish root - piece 2x2 cm
2. Tomatoes - 4-5 pieces
3. Red pepper - a pinch
4. Garlic - 1 clove (without it)
Preparation
Prepared vegetables (tomatoes, horseradish, garlic) for cooking horseradish (it usually takes a couple of minutes to cut off the "ass" from a tomato and peel the skin off a small piece of horseradish).
We take a piece of horseradish root, clean it up, rinse it, cut it into pieces, put it in a blender container along with tomato slices, peppered (the tomatoes dawned to give juice and our assistant blender could cope better with the task), added garlic (optional).
We turned on the apparatus, grinded for about 2 minutes, transferred the resulting horseradish mixture into a jar and under the lid.
It is calmly stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days, but it is better to eat it right away while it is fresh, then it will "break through" more (we prepare a handkerchief in advance and dance! Ah, two! Fuck everything!)
Have a great autumn mood, friends! :)
