Periodically, we make ourselves such a useful berry-Jerusalem artichoke jelly, useful for the digestive tract without harmful starch.
Ingredients:
1. Cranberries - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of berries (other favorite berries are possible)
2. Jerusalem artichoke powder - 1 tbsp. the spoon
3. Honey - 1 tablespoon
4. Water - 2 glasses
Preparation
Rinsed the berries, poured them into a blender container, added warm water, crushed, filtered. Poured into a ladle, heated over high heat until boiling. At the same time, Jerusalem artichoke powder was poured into a glass, poured over with warm water, mixed (like starch).
As soon as the berry water boils, pour the Jerusalem artichoke starch into it, stirring quickly until it thickens (30 seconds). And the healthy berry-Jerusalem artichoke jelly is ready.
When our jelly cools down, you can add honey and more "live" favorite berries to it, so that the jelly becomes a semi-raw vitamin vitamin (for example, strawberries, blueberries, currants, raspberries ...).
On a cold autumn-winter day, it is pleasant to drink a lukewarm kissel, and once upon a time, the soul becomes "normal"! ;)
