Autumn is the time to "utilize" fruits (especially this year, everyone has a lot of apples). Let's make dried fruits from half of the fruit, apple puree from part of the apples and make pastilles with different fruits.
Ingredients:
1. Apples - 4-5 pieces
2. Plums - 10 pcs (sweet)
3. Dried apricots - 10 pcs (better apricots, it is sweeter)
(you can take more products and make 3 different pastilles: apple, plum, apricot)
Preparation
All fruits were washed well, prepared for cooking. We peeled the apples and the middle, and the plums from the seeds, soaked dried apricots for an hour in water.
We cut everything into pieces, immersed in a blender container. Turned into a homogeneous mass using a pestle (pusher).
Pour it onto a silicone mat, spread it with a spatula, put it to dry in a dehydrator for 10 hours at a temperature of 40 degrees (we make sure it doesn't dry out).
We take out, roll up into tubes, cut into rolls (you can not cut, but wrap the tubes in a film and put them in a place safe from mice). Bon appetit, fruit juice!
