I wanted something sweet... Chocolate! Somehow I don’t want sweets with preservatives, but the desire for sweets does not "allow". You walk and walk until you fill your womb and calm down. Does this feeling sound familiar? Let's make a delicious sweetness chocolate porridge without artificial sugar.

You want fast carbohydrates every day and this chocolate porridge is a way out, so as not to shove something very heavy in yourself, for example, chocolate bars, which may contain antibiotics, increasing the shelf life and preserving our native intestinal microflora, chocolate oil paste, chocolate cake, which also contains a lot of impurities, trans fats are especially harmful - margarine).

Having eaten such a chocolate porridge, the "chocolate zhor" subsides, energy is added and the stomach "does not become heavier" (this is the feeling when, after a dough that has been "tamped" into itself, a brick "hangs" in the lower abdomen).

Ingredients:

1. Oatmeal - 1 glass

2. Cocoa - (high quality, you can use carob)

3. Dates - 10 pcs

4. Water - 2 glasses

5. Favorite chocolate - a quarter of a bar (from a health food store on carob instead of cocoa, in coconut oil instead of margarine, on raisins or honey as a natural sweetener)

Preparation

Take the oatmeal, soak it for an hour in water at room temperature. Pour into a blender container, pour in cocoa, add the pulp of dates (naturally pitted).

Grind with a blender for about a minute. Pour into a small ladle, heat over high heat for about 3-5 minutes, stirring vigorously until thickened.

Then add Zozh-chocolate to the slightly cooled porridge (let it melt). The chocolate porridge is ready! Enjoy your tea, friends.

If you want to make this chocolate gruel more useful, then you can cook it in a semi-raw way, that is, do not expose the dates heat treatment, and separately twist with a small amount of water on a blender, or cut into small pieces and add to the ready-made chilled porridge. And so 90% of the dishes we, of course, try to cook raw food with a minimum of culinary manipulations, and 10% semi-raw, because in winter we often want something hot.
