It has been proven that the gut is a second brain that completely controls mood and we are happy only when it is in order.
We make a cleansing mixture for lightness and good mood. Few people know about this, but flax should be eaten with sour berries or herbs, so it is much better absorbed.
Ingredients:
1. Flax - 3 tablespoons
2. Boneberry - 1 tablespoon
3. Honey - 1 tablespoon
4. Water - 1 glass
(fiber of flax seeds and drupe seeds well "sweep" all nooks and crannies of the intestine)
Preparation
We take flax and soak it in water overnight. In the morning, we move a part of the flax into the blender container, throw drupe berries and honey to it. Top up with warm water.
Grind for about a minute, put in a cup (add whole flax seeds to it, because the whole seed is alive and seeks to "free" and germinate, that is, it "slips" through the intestines better)
We consume this detox mixture in the morning after 2-3 glasses of warm water (this works better).
