On detox days to unload the body from the accumulated "good" we make ourselves such a salad. We hold fasting days once a week.
Ingredients:
1. Beets - half a medium vegetable (chic fiber)
2. Cucumber - 2 pcs (leaches, moisturizes, cleanses fiber)
3. First-pressed sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons (lubricates, stimulates the liver to work)
4. Ground red pepper - a pinch (activates peristalsis, making the intestines move)
5. Green buckwheat - 1 tbsp spoon (fiber, but you can without it)
Preparation
Soak green buckwheat in water in advance (a couple of days). We take beets and cucumber, wash well. We peel the beets, and the cucumber does not need to be peeled (just cut off the "butts").
Rinse the buckwheat and pour it on a plate, rub the cucumber on a fine grater, then the beets. Sprinkle with pepper, pour with oil. Stir and the cleansing salad is ready.
