Chicken cutlets with zucchini are very juicy and tasty. You can cook from any minced meat, add different herbs, spices or cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced chicken
  • 1 squash
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. l bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning
  • dill
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Steps

We rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, squeeze the juice with our hands.

Put the zucchini to the minced meat, add finely chopped dill, egg, bread crumbs, seasoning and salt.

Mix everything well, cover the bowl with minced meat and set it aside for 15-20 minutes, so that the crackers are soaked in the minced meat.

We heat the pan with vegetable oil, form cutlets and fry on both sides until half cooked.

We put the patties in a heat-resistant dish (you can put a few pieces of butter on the bottom) and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
