The trend for healthy lifestyle is gaining momentum and this year many will not throw away ate, but will make healthy cocktails from them! After all, the tree is solid vitamin C. Yes Yes!
You can, as always, out of habit immediately after the holidays (after January 7 of Christmas or after January 14 of the old new year, throw away the tree), or you can do wiser. Alternatively, cut the twigs, put them in a vase or jar of water, or put them in a small bag and put them in the refrigerator or freezer.
And put them into action for a couple of months, making them: home fragrances, breath freshener, throat gargle, balm to strengthen the gums, and prepare immunomodulating infusions and cocktails, in general, to maintain your health in the coldest season of the year.
How do you like the idea?! Making immunostimulating cocktails!
Ingredients:
1. Spruce branch (1 piece)
2. Spring buds ate dried or from the refrigerator (10 pcs) without
3. Water (1.5 cups)
Preparation
We take branches and / or buds of ate, fill with hot water overnight (not boiling water). And the yellow coniferous infusion by the morning, in principle, is already ready for use, but in order to extract the maximum of essential oils from it, we will squeeze it out with a blender and get a healthy green cocktail. That is, you get 2 coniferous drinks. The first is a sunny yellow infusion, and the second is a bright green spruce cocktail.
In the morning, we leave the first yellow nightly spruce infusion alone, it is already ready for use, and from it we just take out a sprig of spruce. We cut it with scissors into smaller parts (you can cut the needles together with the stick). The fragrance is divine!
Then everything is placed in a blender container, add hot water, twist, filter and a green spruce cocktail is ready! Now you can rinse your mouth with the first infusion (use as a bactericidal agent). and sip a green cocktail (1-2 times a day). Our great-grandmothers also prepared pine needles for future use and maintained their health in the winter season.
(Essential oils of pine needles are strong for the liver and therefore not everyone can drink a spruce cocktail, but rinse your mouth, please)
