Hot days have come and many have a malaise, which they blame on the sun. But it's not the sun's fault! It just works as a developer of existing health problems (thanks for the tip).
The fact is that the sun is a powerful slime-dissolver, and the body over the winter has become heavily overgrown, and when it gets hot, "full" blood thickens and it is felt (pressure drops, headache, lethargy, weakness, drowsiness, general low energy)...
It's time for all of us to start cleansing the body and thinning the blood (in the heat, you certainly can't eat fried!). Making a Healthy Blood Thinning Berry Smoothie!
Ingredients:
1. Blueberries - 1 tablespoon berries
2. Raspberries - 1 tbsp. the spoon
3. Cranberries - 1 tsp the spoon
4. Honey - 1 tbsp. the spoon
5. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
We take all the berries, wash, put the cranberries and raspberries in the blender container first, pour in warm water, twist for about a minute.
Then we filter through a strainer with large holes (cranberry film and raspberry pits aside), pour the cranberry-raspberry water back into the blender container, add blueberries and honey.
Beat one more time and the healthiest berry smoothie is ready! Have a great day.
