We try to "fill up with light fuel" (fasting and not overeating), plus we drink natural berry drinks that reduce blood viscosity. And most importantly, they are satisfied with life ("we do not soar" over trifles).
One of the good winter drinks that increase the "fluidity" of the blood is cranberry juice with lemon juice.
Ingredients:
1. Cranberries - Handful (fresh or freezer)
2. Honey - 1 tsp (without it)
3. Lemon - 1 slice (without it)
4. Water - 1, 5 cups (melted)
5. Red peppercorns - 1-2 pcs (warms, but you can do without it)
Preparation
We take berries (can be frozen), rinse, pour into the blender container, add pepper, a slice lemon (we throw it directly with the zest, but better without it), put honey (more often without it, calmly drink sour the drinks).
We add warm water (we like it hot, the blender is not sparing, so it will warm better, but it is better to dilute with hot water later).
Now grind for about a minute. then we filter and the healthy drink is ready! (we drink it any time of the day, and you see for yourself).
