Good day and delicious weight loss!

I wanted pies with egg and cabbage. I cooked cupcakes - and delicious, and will not harm the figure.

If you are tired of diets, strict restrictions, but have a great desire to lose weight - try one of the best, in my opinion, and comfortable ways to lose weight - calorie counting:

I wanted pies with egg and cabbage. I cooked cupcakes - and delicious, and will not harm the figure.

I wanted pies with egg, green onions and cabbage. You can, of course, cook lazy pies in pita bread.

But sometimes you want it to be soft, tender and fluffy dough.

Fried pies are high-calorie bombs.

So I decided to use the universal curd dough (my favorite) and make something like filled muffins. Looking ahead, I will say that the result is simply amazing cupcakes! No fried pies needed!

Ingredients for the dough:

  • cottage cheese 5% - 150 g,
  • egg - 1 pc,
  • whole grain flour (I have rice) - 80 g,
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Chinese cabbage - 70 g,
  • boiled egg
  • green onions - 25 g
  • natural yogurt - 30g,
  • salt, black pepper.

Cooking.

Let's prepare the filling.

Finely chop the Peking cabbage (you can use ordinary white cabbage) and fry in 1 drop of oil until tender. Do not forget to salt and pepper.

Cut the egg into smaller pieces (I used an egg cutter). Chop the onion.

Mix the cabbage, egg, onion and season with yogurt. You can add a little salt to taste.

Let's start the test. Mix the chicken egg with cottage cheese, add a little salt. Add flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough.

The dough is quite sticky for learning.

We take the muffin tins and lay out the dough into the tins - we form baskets with wet hands.

We spread a spoonful of the filling in each basket.

And then, with a spoon, pull the edges of the dough basket to the middle, as if covering the filling.

Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
