Hello friends! I am sure that every housewife has some favorite recipe that she has known for many years. It turns out to be loved, because there is nothing to add to it and nothing to subtract from it, I'm talking about borsch.
And if we talk about such a criterion as price qualitythen here I am just in a strong sense of deep satisfaction.
September is a good month for harvesting, all vegetables can be bought at a very affordable price. This year, as always, I got ready for the blanks and decided to calculate the costs for this story.

Today I bought vegetables + sunflower oil for 1000 rubles (~ 11-12 Euro). I didn't count vinegar, salt and sugar, it was all at home.
The main vegetables in their pure form turned out to be 3 kg. In the photo below, the entire piece is boiled in a 16 liter saucepan.
As a result, after all the manipulations, I rolled 13 liter cans my favorite piece.
I think this is only the first batch. This time I took your own recipe with bell pepper.
