CREAMED SNACKS
- Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C degrees.
- Mix premium flour with whole grain.
- Pour water into a saucepan. Add salt, sugar and butter there.
- Place the saucepan on the stove, turn on the heat and melt the butter.
- Stir the liquid to dissolve the sugar and salt.
- Turn off the heat and add all the flour immediately.
- All flour should be moistened and the mass should be even without lumps.
- Turn on a little heat and, with constant stirring, dry the dough a little, 1-2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, let the dough cool to 60 degrees and knead the dough.
- Stir in eggs one at a time. Add the next egg only when the first is completely stirred.
- If the dough is very thick, you can add 1-2 tsp. warm milk.
- Add grated cheese to the dough and mix.
- Place future buns on parchment.
Bake at 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes, lower the temperature to 180 ° C and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
- You can sprinkle the cakes with cheese or finely chopped bacon.
- You can put cream cheese or a piece of salmon inside the finished buns.

180 g water
80 g butter
3 g salt
3 g sugar
160 g egg (1 cat.)
