CREAMED SNACKS

I bake crispy custard buns on the festive table, use them for salads and snacks. Although they are good without filling
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 Β° C degrees.
  • Mix premium flour with whole grain.
  • Pour water into a saucepan. Add salt, sugar and butter there.
  • Place the saucepan on the stove, turn on the heat and melt the butter.
  • Stir the liquid to dissolve the sugar and salt.
  • Turn off the heat and add all the flour immediately.
  • All flour should be moistened and the mass should be even without lumps.
  • Turn on a little heat and, with constant stirring, dry the dough a little, 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, let the dough cool to 60 degrees and knead the dough.
  • Stir in eggs one at a time. Add the next egg only when the first is completely stirred.
  • If the dough is very thick, you can add 1-2 tsp. warm milk.
  • Add grated cheese to the dough and mix.
  • Place future buns on parchment.

Bake at 200 Β° C for 10-15 minutes, lower the temperature to 180 Β° C and bake for another 20-25 minutes.

  • You can sprinkle the cakes with cheese or finely chopped bacon.
  • You can put cream cheese or a piece of salmon inside the finished buns.

120 g flour (100 w / s + 20 c / w)
180 g water
80 g butter
3 g salt
3 g sugar
160 g egg (1 cat.)
80 g cheese
