At home, I usually cook several pieces at once. 1-2 breasts leave like a hot dish. The leftover meat is then very good to use for sandwiches, instead of sausages.
An unrealistically simple chicken breast roll recipe
Place a pot of water on the stove and bring the water to a boil.
By quantity, I am guided like this:
- 1 medium chicken breast approx. Weight 200-250 g - 1 liter of water.
- I cut the thick parts along.
- I will grease one breast with homemade adjika.
- Adjika recipe on the channel.
- I will salt the second fillet, add a little curry, a little olive oil.
- Now I wrap the breast in foil, with the shiny side facing the product.
- You can use cling film.
- The thickness of the roll should be the same along its entire length.
- I still have two chicken breasts.
- I make pockets inside.
- Season the breasts with salt, pepper, grease with spices and butter.
- I will use prunes and dried apricots to fill my pockets.
- Roll the meat into foil or cling film.
Place all rolls in boiling water for 10 minutes, do not reduce the heating.
- After the specified time has elapsed, turn off the heating and cover the pan with a lid.
Leave for 1 hour, do not open the pan.
The rolls are ready!
