Hello friends! I would like to offer delicious lean lentil cutlets. For an original taste, I added mushrooms to the minced meat. These cutlets are eaten with pleasure even by my homemade meat eaters. Watch the video, everything is very simple there.
VIDEO RECIPE
Lean lentil cutlets
- I have red lentils, I soaked them in 700 ml of water the night before.
- I have the mushrooms ready. You need twice as much fresh mushrooms.
- Chop the onion.
- Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil.
- Fry the onions.
- Add mushrooms and fry them with onions until tender.
- Drain the lentils.
- Add mushrooms and onions to it, salt, pepper and a little ground nutmeg, it goes well with mushrooms and lentils.
- Mix everything carefully.
- Grind the mass until smooth.
- You can use a food processor, blender, or mince everything.
- The mass should be thick in order to form cutlets from it.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
- Keep warm.
- Spoon the minced cutlet into the pan.
- The spoon can be slightly moistened in water so that the minced meat does not stick.
- The cutlets do not need to be made very thick.
- Close the lid and reduce heat to a minimum.
- When fried on one side, turn over and cover again.
- They are fried quite quickly, for 2-3 minutes.
- From this number of products, I got 14 cutlets.
- Good option for a post.
I wish you bon appetit.
