- Mushrooms cut into thin strips and rinse well with running water.
- Chop the bell peppers.

- Chop hot peppers and green onions finely. Put everything in a bowl.
- Squeeze a clove of garlic there, add soy and fish sauces, a teaspoon of vinegar, half a teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
- Put the mushrooms in the pan and turn on the heat.
- Wait until the liquid has evaporated, then reduce the heating.
- Fry until tender. The whole process takes approximately 15 minutes.
- Transfer the finished mushrooms to a bowl.
- Fry the bell peppers on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Put it on the mushrooms.
- It remains to add the salad dressing.
- This completes the salad. It can be eaten warm, but it is better to let it brew for a few hours.
