Sloechki with cottage cheese and raisins: fabulous pastries for tea

Ingredients:

400 gr. cottage cheese

Preparation:

1. For the filling grind the cheese with the egg. Add sour cream and vanilla.

2. Raisins rinse and brew boiling water. Leave on for 10 minutes. Then drain the liquid from the raisins and put on a paper towel.

3. Add curd and steamed obsushenny raisins.

4. The dough is thawed and cut into 2 parts.

5. Roll out dough to a rectangle of 15 to 35 cm.
