Young zucchini appetizer
- Grate young zucchini on a coarse grater. If the zucchini is old, then you need to peel the skin and remove the seeds.
- Salt the grated zucchini and transfer them to a sieve or colander to get rid of excess liquid.
- Leave the zucchini for half an hour, then squeeze and transfer to a bowl.
Turn on the oven at 190 ° C degrees.
- Add the egg to the courgettes and grate 2 cloves of garlic.
- Add flour, cheese and black pepper.
- Stir until smooth.
- Spread the squash dough in a thin layer on the parchment on a baking sheet. The form is at your discretion.
- The layer thickness is about 1 cm.
- Send the courgettes to the oven for about 30 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool and cut it out of the mold.
SAUCE
- For the sauce - sheer creativity. I took feta and some blue cheese. You can use feta cheese.
- While kneading the cheese with a fork, add a little sour cream or yogurt and turn everything into a creamy mass.
SNACK CAKE
- When the zucchini crust has cooled down, turn it over and divide it in two.
- Grease one part with cheese cream.
- Using parchment, cover this part with a second cake layer.
- Apply the remaining cream on top.
- The recipe is very simple, but the subtlety is that you need to squeeze the zucchini well and let the finished cake cool, preferably on a wire rack.
- Transfer the double layer cake to a nicer surface.
Decorate with fresh herbs, radishes, cherry tomatoes.
