Today I want to invite you to cook fluffy and fluffy cupcakes.
The muffins are delicious, both warm and cold.
Insanely fragrant, tender, one might say airy cupcakes.
You can cook with any berries you like.
Making cupcakes is easy and simple, you don't even need a mixer.

Let's cook
First, let's prepare the crumb.
- By 60 grams or 3 tbsp. spoonfuls of wheat flour
- Add 40 grams or 2 tbsp. tablespoons without top sugar
- 5 grams or 1 tsp a spoonful of vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Stir
- Add 40 grams of cold butter, cut into small pieces
Grind everything together into crumbs
We put the crumb in the refrigerator.

Since the dough is prepared very quickly, you can immediately turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.
- Sift 170 grams or 8.5 tbsp into a bowl. no topped spoons of wheat flour
- Add 100 grams or 5 tbsp. tablespoons without top sugar
- 10 grams or 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 5 grams or 1 tsp a spoonful of soda
We mix.
- Add 60 grams or 6 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 150 grams or ml of milk
- 2 eggs
Stir until smooth.
- Pour in 10 grams or 1 tbsp. spoon of 9% vinegar
Stir until smooth. The dough is ready.
The dough is liquid, and to make it easier to fill the molds, I pour the dough into a large mug with a spout.
We fill the molds with dough about 2/3.
Any berries you like can be taken as fresh berries or frozen. I have 50 grams of frozen blackcurrant. We fall asleep 1 tbsp. spoonful of flour or starch, and stir so that the whole berry is covered with flour.
If you have frozen berries, you do not need to defrost them.
Put the berries on top of the dough.
Sprinkle with previously prepared crumbs.
We remove the baked goods in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
We check the readiness of the cupcakes with a wooden stick, pierce it, if it comes out dry, then the cupcakes are ready.
Put the cupcakes on the wire rack and cool.
Sprinkle the cooled muffins with icing sugar for decoration.
