It is better to beat the cream with a mixer, then it turns out to be more delicate and airy than just mixing everything with a whisk.

Stir until smooth.
Now we grease each cake with a thin layer of cream and place the cake on top of each other.
I have 12 cakes, for 1 cake I used 50 grams (1 full st. spoon) cream.
Do not grease the top cake with cream.
Press lightly on the top of the cake so that all the cakes are well connected.
We coat the cake with the remaining cream on the side and along the edge 2 cm wide.
Sprinkle the cream with chopped roasted peanuts.
Cover the middle of the cake with chocolate icing.
