There are many options for making chocolate sausage, I will share my favorites.

Today we will cook 3 sausages of different taste - just with peanuts, with marmalade and with prunes.

I really like all three tastes, I advise you to cook and pamper your household with this unpretentious sweetness.

Preparing a chocolate sausage is simple, and it turns out very tasty.

Let's cook!

Grind 200 grams of cookies into a bowl.

Add 100 grams of toasted chopped peanuts.

Instead of peanuts, you can take any nuts that you like best.

The prunes must be washed, dried and cut into small pieces.

We also cut the marmalade into small pieces.

Let's make a chocolate fondant.

Pour 40 grams or 4 tbsp into a saucepan. spoons of cocoa.

Add 140 grams or 7 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. We mix.

Add 130 grams or 1/2 cup 250 ml milk.

Stir until smooth.

We put to cook on the stove.

Cook the mass over medium heat, stirring constantly, the sugar should completely dissolve.

Bring the mass to a boil and remove from heat.

Add 200 grams of butter to the hot chocolate mass.

Stir, the butter should completely dissolve, and the fudge should become homogeneous.

The chocolate fudge is ready, pour it into the crushed cookies.

Mix well so that the fudge completely envelops all the cookie and peanut pieces.

We divide the whole mass into 3 equal parts.

Add chopped marmalade to one part.

The second is chopped prunes.

We don't add anything to the third part.

Let's form a sausage.

We spread the chocolate mass on parchment paper.

We level evenly.

It is necessary to start forming sausages when the chocolate fudge has cooled down and is not liquid. Then it will be evenly distributed, and will not drain anywhere.

Let's seal it a little in the parchment.

We spread it so that there is an empty space at the edges, and the edges can be closed.

We twist it with a tube.

We pinch one edge and tie it with a thread.

If you have a large parchment sheet, just roll the edge well.

On the other side, seal the chocolate mass with a spoon.

Then we squeeze the edge and tie it with a thread.

We also form the other two sausages.

Put the finished sausages in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours so that they freeze.

Cover the frozen sausages with sprinkling.

Sprinkle the plain sausage made from cookies and peanuts with peanuts chopped in a blender.

Sprinkle the sausage with marmalade with icing sugar.

Sausage with prunes, sprinkle with cocoa powder.

The sausage keeps well in the refrigerator.

The longer it is in the refrigerator, the denser it becomes.
