- Treat yourself, and my friend hands me a delicious cheesecake. -Yes, try it! Delicious - "already, eat the brain"!
I had no choice but to respect my friend, and I tasted the fruits of her culinary creativity.
-Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Yes, that there, her syrniki turned out to be just a "bomb", and two recipes immediately flew into my notebook.
Recipe number 1
Cheesecakes with coconut flakes
We take 2 packs of 9% cottage cheese, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 pack of vanilla sugar and 6 tbsp. l. coconut flakes, combine in a cup, and from this amount we get about 12 syrniki.
Roll the cheesecakes in semolina and send them to the pan with vegetable oil. We fry the cheese cakes until cooked, or transfer them to storage containers and put them in the freezer.
I use plastic marshmallow boxes as storage containers. As they say, everything is for future use. So the curd cakes do not stick together, and perfectly retain their shape when frozen.
If I have neither containers nor boxes at hand, then I put the cheesecakes directly on the cutting board and put them in the freezer overnight.
Then I collect the already frozen cheesecakes in a regular plastic bag and send them back to the freezer (or to the frying pan).
Recipe number 2
Cheesecakes with raisins
We take 4 packs of 9% cottage cheese, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 pack of vanilla sugar and 6 tbsp. l. flour, raisins to taste. Pour the raisins in advance with boiling water for 10 minutes. We combine all the ingredients in a cup, and we get about 24 syrniki. Roll in flour. We put the blanks in the freezer or cook.
