Today I will tell my readers about cooking an extraordinary dish with sausages. It's about the German recipe sausages wrapped in Kaltenbach meat. Of course, we are used to the fact that sausages are such a semi-finished product that we cook when we do not have time. But there are exceptions to every rule, and I am sure that you you won't be disappointed if you decide to make this German dish. All my family members were happy!
1. Preparing minced meat(300 grams). I took half beef, half pork, three on a coarse grater onion, add salt and black pepper (to taste). To make the meat juicier, I always add to it granulated sugar, for 300 grams - 0.5 teaspoon. We mix everything thoroughly and within 5 minutes "beat" the minced meat in a saucepan, throwing it with force to the bottom, or throw it from hand to hand. 2. We take long sausages (You can cut them in half like in the original recipe, but I didn't). Divide
minced meat for cakes, by the number of sausages and using wet hands stick sausage with minced meat. Then heat the frying pan with butter and fry a kind of rolls on both sides, until ruddy appears.
