Today I want to share a recipe for yeast pancakes. For me, this is a completely new taste and recipe. I tried such potato pancakes at my beloved aunt Nina, at home today I cooked like that for the first time, I really liked it. Potato pancakes are crispy on the outside and at the same time porous and soft on the inside.

Recipe:
Potatoes -500 gr.
Egg -1 pc.
Salt -1/2 tsp
Dry yeast -7g.
Flour -80g.
Water -50 ml.
Vegetable oil -2 tbsp.
Cooking method:
And so we proceed. Raw potatoes peel the weight of peeled potatoes 500 grams, rub on a fine grater. I rub the coupon harvester to make it faster.
Put in a bowl, add an incomplete tsp. salt, mix. We break 1 egg, pour in 50 ml of warm water, add 1 pack of dry yeast. We mix.
Add 80 grams of flour. Now we put it in a warm place to rise for 1-1.5 hours.
It's been 1.5 hours, the dough has increased in volume like this, mix it and start frying.
Pour vegetable oil into a pan, put the dough with a spoon and fry until golden brown over medium heat until tender. They fry faster than ordinary pancakes.
They are porous. We remove it on a paper towel.
I served with sour cream.
