In today's article I will tell you about how I tried to cook pork roll with potatoes and onions, popular in Germany. Meatloafs originally appeared in Germany, but quickly spread to the cuisines of other countries. Recently I learned that in German cafes you can almost always order a pork roll with potatoes and onions inside. Of course, I hurried to try the new product, as a result of my the pets were satisfied!

1. Chop the pork (1 kilogram) in large chunks. Pierce with a tenderizer and beat it off (if there is no tenderizer, just beat it off better). Then we cut onion (one onion), add sour cream (3 tablespoons), adjiku (3 teaspoons), salt pepper (to taste), rub on a fine grater garlic (2 cloves) and mix thoroughly. Scroll the photo to the right.
