Cake "Black Forest"

For biscuit and decor:

Flour - 100 g
Corn Starch - 50 g
Cocoa powder - 30 g
Disintegrant - 10 g
Salt - a pinch
Chicken egg - 5 pcs.
Granulated sugar - 170 grams
Maraschino cherry (red) - 25 pcs.

Cream and toppings:

Cream 33% (chilled) - 500 ml
Cheese - 500 g
Dark chocolate - 150 g
Cherry Syrup - 150 ml
Cognac - 50 g
Calorie 100 g - 266 kcal

Preparation:

Sifted flour mixed with cocoa, salt and baking powder.

Separately, whip the whites with a mixer with a small pinch of salt, gradually adding 100g of sugar.

Egg yolks in a separate container to kill with the remaining sugar.
Gradually combine three parts: the yolks add the dry mixture and mix well.
Gently introduce proteins, stirring constantly with a shovel.

Put cake baked in a preheated 180 C oven for 30 minutes.

Check the readiness of the cake and let cool biscuit in the form of 15 minutes. Then get it. ⠀⠀

For the cream whipped cream, add the cheese and mix gently. Dark chocolate to grate, to get chips.

The cooled sponge cake cut into 3 equal cake.

Each cake soak cherry syrup with cognac. Cakes smear with cream and cherries shift.

Grease the sides and top of cake with cream.

The remnants of the cream put in a pastry bag.
