Today I will tell why am I freezing soup in the freezer. As you may have guessed, I do this so that you can cook it quickly at any time. I have been using this method for a long time, and it is very convenient, especially when no time at all for cooking. Moreover, the soup can be frozen even when you have prepared it, but did not have time to eat it, and for example, you need to go to the country house. Personally me, freezing the soup helped out more than once.

Freezing is done extremely simple - we take plastic cups and pour the cooked soup over them. We put it in the freezer and the next meal is ready. If there is not enough space in the freezer, I use plastic bags for freezing. Very convenient, everything is shown in the photo, scroll to the right.

Sometimes I freeze just broth, most often chicken. Cook chicken or soup set with onions and bay leaves. By the way, onions in broth add in the husk, of course, after thoroughly rinsing it, from this it becomes saturated and acquires a golden color.
