In today's article I will tell my readers about the recipe for making carrot omelet. Having prepared it for my family, I was convinced that this dish is a worthy substitute for the classic omelet. I'm sure a lot of people, especially those looking for a little variety, will love the carrot omelet. In short, the dish turns out to be beautiful, tasty and has an unusual look.
1. Boil carrots (2 pcs.). Rub one carrot on a grater, cut the second into strips along.
