6 things I do before 9am to stay alert, energetic and positive throughout the day

In today's article I will talk about six things I do before nine in the morning to stay alert, energetic and positive all day long. This list of things, I started doing daily a few weeks ago and after a couple of days I felt positive changes. I think that every reader will single out for himself, if not all, then at least a few of the points below.

1. Drink a glass of water. I drink a glass of water immediately after getting out of bed. You can drink chilled water, with lemon or other additives, but I prefer just water at room temperature. This procedure is like "launches" the organism, and it is also very healthy.

2. Smile. This simple action will send a signal to your brain and will set you in a good mood. At first I was skeptical about this point, but after a few days I realized that it really works, try it.

3. Sit in silence. Sit in complete silence for 4-5 minutes, closing your eyes and breathing deeply, try not to think about anything. Feel the calmness, this will give energy for the whole day.

4. Cleaning. Until 9 am I try clean up minimally. If you need to go somewhere, it doesn't matter take 5-10 minutes, to wash the dishes, remove from the table, make the bed. Thus, arriving tired in the evening you will not need to clean up. Making the bed is also important because doing this is like completing the first task of the day. it stimulates your brain to perform subsequent tasks efficiently.

5. After a short "meditation" I do a little exercise. Just a few exercises. Charging lasts no more than 15 minutes, but allows you to cheer up and finally move away from sleep.

6. Breakfast. In no case should you "sacrifice" breakfast for 15 minutes of sleep. Skipping the first meal, lack of energy, distraction and irritability are guaranteed.
