In today's article I will talk about three ways to recognize real chocolate. It all started with the fact that I needed a chocolate bar for one of the desserts. Hurrying in the store, on the go, I grabbed the first one that came across, its price of 44 rubles did not bother me. Coming home, I saw that it was not real chocolate at all, a chocolate bar. This case was a feat for me to write this article. Now you can't fool me!
1. First of all you should look at the composition. If it explicitly states that this is not chocolate, but chocolate bar - we immediately discard this option. But it's not that simple. Even if the packaging says that you have chocolate in front of you, but the composition does not contain such components as grated cocoa or cocoa powder, cocoa butter - in front of you is a low-quality product. The photo clearly showed two examples, scroll to the right.
2. Shelf life. The term of real chocolate cannot exceed 9 months. Chocolate that has a longer shelf life is not real, as it contains many preservatives that extend the shelf life. Also shown in the photo, scroll to the right.
3. The most common advice when choosing real chocolate is price. The more expensive the chocolate is, the more likely it is of high quality. But, in large grocery chains, they hold promotions on an ongoing basis, for which you can buy high-quality chocolate in the range of 50 and even 40 rubles. This is where the above tricks come in handy just right. If you liked the article - rate it like and if not signed yet, be sure to subscribe to the channel!
