Chicken salad with apples and walnuts

Ingredients:

2 chicken fillets
1 large apple

Preparation:

Ingredients:

Salad with chicken, corn and egg pancakes

Ingredients:

1-2 chicken
1 can of canned corn
100 gr. hard cheese
3 eggs
3 hours. l. potato starch
onion
salt
pepper
2 tbsp. l. 9% vinegar
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
mayonnaise
parsley

Preparation:

1. Chicken fillet boil and cool. You can take a smoked chicken breast, you get even more interesting.
Chicken cut into strips or disassemble the fibers.
2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Add sifted potato starch. Mix the dough for pancakes until uniform, so that it had no lumps.
Grease the pan a little vegetable oil. Fry in her 3-4 thin egg pancake until golden brown on both sides.
3. Cooled pancakes cut into strips of medium length.
4. Onion peel and cut into half rings, which are then cut in half.
5. In a separate bowl mix the water and vinegar in equal proportions. Season with salt and pour a little sugar.
Mix the marinade and pour over onions. Leave it for 15 minutes.

6. Cheese varieties grate.
7. Combine all ingredients festive salad: chopped egg pancakes and cooked chicken, shredded cheese, canned corn and pickled onions.

8.Posolit salad to taste, add black pepper and season the dish with mayonnaise. Mix until uniform salad.

Remove the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour to present it. Serve with fresh parsley.
