Today I will tell you about three simple brain exercises to help you wake up and will force us to stretch our brains in the morning, which will give vigor and set our heads in the right mood for the whole day. I am sure that many readers of this article, like me, often have such a state that you seemed to get up, but did not wake up :) It is the exercises below that will help you truly wake up. Their main advantage is that they can be done on the go, for example, while you are preparing breakfast, and it takes no more than 5 minutes.
1. As soon as possible, name 20 male names and then 20 female names. At first glance, this exercise seems elementary, but try to say the names right now, regardless of the photo. 2.Speak the alphabet and name any word for each letter. It also kneads the brain very well in the morning. Try calling now!
3. The third exercise is the simplest, but no less invigorates the head in the morning. Count from 1 to 100 and then back. If you count aloud and loudly, you can knead your voice at the same time.
