Carp recipe with lemon in the oven

Ingredients:

1 carp
a small bunch of parsley
1/2 small onion
1 lemon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Garlic - 1-2
salt - to taste
black pepper - to taste
spices to taste (I have a special mixture in which the dried garlic, dried onion, coriander)

Preparation:

1. Eviscerated carp brushed thoroughly dried inside and outside the paper towels. Excess moisture in the fish do not need, because then the fish will not bake, and stew.

2. Cut into thin slices of lemon. Lemon will give the carp a pleasant flavor and helps to remove the characteristic odor of slime.
