In today's article I will tell you how to easily and very quickly make frozen tomato soup blanks. It is very convenient to add such preparations to soups in the winter season, when there are no tomatoes of our own, and the store is stuffed with chemistry. They also work well for vegetable sauces and many other dishes, but the main thing I make them for is to in winter there is borsch with their own tomatoes. By the way, frozen tomatoes are very convenient to store, as they do not take up much space in the freezer.
1. We need fresh tomatoes, I store the grown ones for the winter. Cut them in half and cut out the stalks. Then, if you store a large amount of vegetables at once, then remove the peel from them and pass through a meat grinder. If you want to prepare only a few tomatoes, then it is more convenient to use a grater, just not forget to throw out the peel. Scroll the photo to the right.
2.Peel the garlic, finely grater three of it and add to the tomatoes (for 7 small tomatoes, I took 5 cloves of garlic). We mix the resulting mixture, you can add spices to taste, but I add spices directly to the dish, and not to the workpiece. We pour into molds. Scroll the photo to the right.
3. We put the blanks in the freezer for a few hours. Then we take out and remove the molds. We put the blanks in a freezer bag and tie them with a tourniquet or thread. Everything, now you can store them compactly in the freezer for several months! In winter, you will have just toss a couple of cubes into the boiling soup and fresh summer tomatoes will be in your pot!
