Mixing foundation with care
Mixing foundation with your own skin care cream is a technique that allows you to apply the tone in the thinnest possible layer. In addition, the reception significantly saves time for creating makeup, which is often not enough in the morning.
However, not everyone knows that for mixing it is better to take creams of a similar consistency and fat content. What I mean? A nourishing cream is best mixed with a tone that contains oils, while a moisturizer is best mixed with light fluids.
Fixing the foundation
Perhaps, only those who are not particularly interested in cosmetics have not heard about fixing the foundation with powder. I can say with confidence that for everyday make-up for women over 50 and older, fixing the tone with powder is only harmful (to the detriment of appearance).
In general, a pie in the form of: care cream - base - foundation - powder - This is an option for photo shoots and shows, but not for daily use. Therefore, I recommend using one thing (or powder, or a fluid foundation that is not requires fixing (I am already preparing material where I will talk about tonal fluids that do not require fixing).
Applying the tone directly to the face
Applying the foundation directly to the face (without first applying it to the back of the hand, palette) - an unaffordable luxury for women with porous skin, and skin that has lost its elasticity and etc.
If you apply the cream directly to your face, you can be sure that the product will sink into pores and wrinkles.
What to do: apply the tone first to the hand / palette, then pick up the cream with a brush or sponge, leave the excess on clean skin of the hand, and then apply the product to the face. In this case, the tone will be distributed as thinly as possible and will sink where it is not needed, it will not emphasize dryness and peeling.
