Hello dear readers of my channel. Today I want to highlight the topic of choosing a toning product. Under my articles, there are often comments where women praise and praise powder, saying that it is worth switching to powder in a mature and elegant age. But these women more often rely only on their own experience (perhaps also the experience of acquaintances), and since a makeup artist with rather long work experience has more experience (many clients older, tested a lot of products of different price categories), then I decided to write an article when it is worth putting the powder aside and go to tonal fluids.
First of all, I want to say that in the article I will talk specifically about tonal fluids, and not about creams. A fluid foundation is a lighter moisturizing product that evens out the complexion without creating a mask effect. What is needed for aging skin.
Such a product is not suitable for everyone, so I will list the signs that indicate that a tonal fluid will suit you much better than powder.
- you have dry skin (in general, personally, I have not met women of elegant age whose skin did not need hydration. Here I will forgive not to be confused: oily skin is not synonymous with wet);
- you have peeling (The powder emphasizes peeling, even if the skin looks good at the beginning of the day, then after a while peeling may appear. This feature affects women with dry, non-greasy skin);
- you like to apply tone with your fingers. Tonal fluids are quite liquid means, the use of a sponge is not very suitable, since in this case the tone consumption will be simply enormous. Best of all, tonal fluids are shaded with fingers or synthetic brushes;
- you have wrinkles. I think many will agree with me that moisturized skin with wrinkles looks healthier than dry skin with wrinkles.
If all of the above is familiar to you, then you should take a closer look at tonal fluids. With it (with fluid), your skin will look better than with powder. The main thing is to find a suitable tool that does not need to be fixed.
In conclusion, I would like to note the following: tonal fluid is not suitable for those who like dense coverage, who have obvious skin problems (age spots, rosacea, etc.). The fact is that the tonal fluids do not overlap well with correctors (colored tonal means that are intended for point masking of skin imperfections. Please do not confuse it with concealer).
