Kebabs on sticks - a great way to feed useful food the whole family, even the youngest.
About turkey meat all write that it is "boring", dry, somehow it must be in a special ready to get juicy and tender. If the beef add the spices and make the sauce, it turns out very tasty kebabs.
Recipe kebab turkey
Ingredients 8-10 kebabs:
- 700 g of white meat of turkey
- 2 shallot bulbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. l. ground cumin (cumin)
- a bunch of cilantro
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- pepper espelett
For the sauce:
- Greek yogurt (or other dense, natural, additive-free)
- Lemon juice to taste

- Espeleta pepper (special grade pepper, which was dried and used as seasoning to the dishes, it is possible to replace the conventional dried red pepper)
Additionally:
- bamboo skewers kebab (immediately lowered to 20-30 minutes in water)
How to cook:
1. Turkey meat to make stuffing, add the garlic.
2. Onions clean, chop and fry until transparent.
3. Cilantro finely chopped in a blender and add to the meat and grind with him.
4. In add minced cilantro (if not milled together with meat), cumin, salt, pepper, onion, a little Espeleta.
Knead well with wet hands and form a kebab 80-100 g
5. Cutlets strung on skewers wet.
6. Bake in oven at kebabs lattice under the grill at 180 ° C, and after 15 minutes everything is ready.
By the way: not have to do all the kebabs in one day. You can make the stuffing in advance and one or two days it is perfectly preserved in a refrigerator. It is much better than to warm up the finished product.
