So the New Year's Eve has passed! There are still holidays ahead of us, so we need to draw the right conclusions on the design of the table and the salads that were there. Friends came to us to meet NG, but I did not know the tastes and preferences of their entire family, so I tried to diversify my table with both meat and fish snacks and salads.
A little later I will show you photos and recipes for all the dishes, but for now let me share with you a recipe for one snack.
I really love seafood, so I always try to cook them. This appetizer cannot be called a budget option, but we also make it not just for breakfast or dinner, but for the festive table !!!
To prepare a snack, we need:
- Lightly salted salmon - 200 gr.
- Peeled shrimps - 200 gr.
- Boiled eggs -3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise
- Caviar - for customization
- Lemon - for decoration
- Tartlets
This masterpiece snack will not take you more than 7-10 minutes to prepare.
Everything you need to do.
With a fork we mash boiled eggs. You can simply cut them with a knife, but in this appetizer, the eggs are in the background, so I deliberately bring them to a mushy state.
Defrost the shrimps, then pour boiling water over for a few minutes.
We cut them into small pieces.
We also cut the salmon into small pieces.
We mix all the ingredients. Add mayonnaise and place in tartlets.
Decorate the top with caviar and a slice of lemon
This New Year's Eve. This seafood cocktail left the table first!
That's all!
Bon Appetit everyone!
