After the holidays, you no longer want to go to the stove, but nobody canceled the guests, and some of the products remained in the refrigerator, so I offer you a cold snack - stuffed peppers.
For this we need:
- Sweet yellow pepper - 1 pc.
- Sweet green pepper (red) - 1 pc.
- Cottage cheese -150 gr.
- Cream cheese - 200 gr.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Greens - parsley, dill
- Salt, pepper to taste
Two pods of pepper need to be washed and cut off the top with a stalk, remove the seeds and partitions, and put the peppers, cut down, so that all the water is glass.
Peel and chop the garlic, finely chop the herbs.
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cheese, garlic and herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the filling into two equal parts and place in two salad bowls. Add pepper cubes of the same color to each salad bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
Stuff the pepper tightly with the resulting filling so that the green pepper has a filling with yellow blotches, and the yellow one with green ones.
The filling must be laid out very tightly.
Refrigerate the peppers for a few hours. Before serving, cut into rings 1-1.5 cm thick. Place on a platter, alternating colors.
Use thick-walled peppers for this dish. Thin-walled peppers will have less shape.
That's all! The pepper is ready!
Bon Appetit everyone!!!
