A roll stuffed with hard boiled eggs is a very simple dish. This roll looks good and tastes great.

Fried pork smells like herbs. This dish is a great idea for a delicious dinner. I recommend serving it with mashed potatoes and your favorite salad.

Ingredients:
• 700 g boneless pork shoulder
• 4 small hard boiled eggs
• 1 raw egg
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 onion
• a spoonful of mustard
• a spoonful of horseradish
• 2 tablespoons of lard
• a handful of chopped marjoram or dried spoon
• half a teaspoon of salt and pepper

Start by making minced pork. Well, everything is simple - we use a meat grinder.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Add garlic passed through a press and add two tablespoons of lard. And fry it in a skillet for 3 minutes.

In one large bowl, place the minced meat, fried onions with garlic, a raw egg, a spoonful of horseradish and salt, pepper and marjoram. Mix everything well and leave for a few minutes.

Prepare the dishes. Lubricate the inside of the dish with a lubricant, such as leftover bacon, and bread crumbs. This is necessary so that the roll is then easy to get.

Fill the bottom of the dish with 1/3 of the meat filling. Place boiled eggs in the filling.

Then add the rest of the minced meat and form a mound. It is necessary to fill in all the gaps and gaps between the eggs and along the edges of the form with meat.

I recommend spreading the top with mustard, this will not give spiciness, but a beautiful crust will appear.

Place the roll in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Choose a middle shelf with top and bottom heating. We keep the roll in the oven for 50 minutes.

For the last few minutes, you can turn on the top heater (if you have one in your oven) to brown the top of the meat.

If the meat was quite fatty, it is very likely that a lot of fat will appear. You can gently pour it out of the dish.

Serve hot or after chilling in the refrigerator.
