(modern version)

I usually eat Olivier only for the New Year, but because we are sitting at home now, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been with you for a long time, then in addition to everything new that I have prepared over the past two weeks, I want something familiar, the taste of what is familiar from childhood.

The fridge now has everything, even more, so let's start cooking Olivier.

Several times I cooked it with chicken breast (it is correct, of course, not sausage, but meat to use) and an apple. The taste is much softer. Today I needed to use sausage, so I decided not to experiment with apples and sausage, and leave the good old version.

For the salad we need:

  • Boiled sausage - 100 gr.
  • Potatoes 100g.
  • Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Green onions, dill
  • Sour cream / mayonnaise

First, cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. I prefer to cut all the ingredients into small pieces. It's tastier and more aesthetically pleasing this way.

Boil the eggs, peel and cut them finely, then cut the cucumbers.

Cut the sausage into small cubes. green onions and dill.

Mix mayonnaise with sour cream. Season salad, salt to taste. That's all! Salad ready!

Bon Appetit everyone!
