The other day, when I came to a large supermarket, I saw a revival in the "fish" section. It was associated with the promotion that the store was running these days. The sea bass had a good discount. I have never bought it before, but I was assured that the fish is delicious and I will not regret it.

Looking ahead that the sellers were right, it is really delicious. There are bones, but not as many as in the perch, for example.

I didn't want to fry it so that the whole apartment was filled with aromas, so I decided to bake it in the oven.

So, all we need is fish, lemon and spices.

First you need to clean it with a knife. There are not many scales, but you need to clean it, then I gutted it.

Rubbed the inside with salt, sprinkled with herbs and pepper (if there is white, but no, then black will do)

and put a few slices of lemon inside.

I put the fish on foil. Poured a little vegetable oil. I didn't plan a side dish, so I cut the bell pepper into slices and put it next to the fish.

I wrapped the fish in foil like candy so that the juice would not flow out, and put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, I opened the fish, increased the temperature, and allowed the fish to brown.

I put the sea bass on a plate, poured it with lemon juice, also added baked pepper, tomato and cucumber to the plate. Sprinkled vegetables with sertaki cheese and that's it!

It turned out very tasty!
