Self-isolation! Something tells me, this word with a gloomy mourning ringing in my soul... Hmm, here the meaning and traditionally, the phrase "every hostess" is asked, but I will write "everyone who cooks for his families". Because the family is now at home around the clock, they have to cook almost three times a day, and in such quantities that many are only amazed - are they really eating so much?
I read here in Zen that the stocks, which were calculated for a couple of weeks, are already running out by the end of the first, because how they were calculated out of habit according to the old standards (when children ate in the garden or at school, adults - at work), this time. Well, two - when people in a confined space do not know what to do with themselves, they begin to chew.
Sad reality.
We must stop chewing, otherwise we will not get out of quarantine, but we will roll out, well, and cooking... long live easy-to-cook, but tasty dishes to please with taste (joy from food is needed!).
In short, a recipe for pasta in a creamy cheese sauce with turkey.
We take:
• Italian pasta
• thyme
• cream
• salad
• turkey thigh fillet
• dried garlic
• creme cheese
If you don't like crême sauce, use whatever cheese you like.
We cook the pasta as we love: someone according to the instructions on the package, someone for a minute less. We like aldente at home, so I reduce the time.
We send the turkey thigh fillet to the pan. Salt, pepper. Fry.
Remove and set aside on a plate.
Garlic, cream, cream cheese, a little water and pepper are sent to the pan. Thyme flies there.
Stir, remove from heat
Now mix everything in a frying pan. Pasta, turkey, sauce. Warm up a little and put on a plate.
The salad will go on a plate as a symbol of the fact that we lead a healthy lifestyle even now.
Enjoy your meal!
