I myself am not against healthy eating, because athletics in my youth bore fruit - you just throw the gym and become covered with a layer of fat, like a bear before hibernation. Therefore, from time to time I try to transfer all the household to a healthy lifestyle.

As a result of thinking "what to cook" this recipe arose. If everything is clear with chicken, in a healthy lifestyle it is "our ffso", then peppers, olives, appeared due to the ownerless lying in the refrigerator. They had to be attached.
And the envelope is here because whether it be fish or meat, they are cooked in it perfectly, being saturated with the juice of other products.
Now let's get to the point.
We take:
• Thigh fillet 800 g
• Sweet pepper seasonal 3 pcs
• Bank of olives with lemon
• Lemon 1 piece
• From the spices we needed turmeric, paprika, a mixture for chicken and turkey, ground garlic, black pepper, salt.
How we cook:
As you already understood, I baked the pepper in the oven. This requires 200 degrees and 15 minutes. The film is removed from it after that perfectly and by itself it has a richer taste
While the pepper was being cooked, the thigh fillet received all the spices I listed above and went to rest, waiting in the wings
And now, on baking paper, spread the thigh fillet, baked pepper cut into pieces, 2-3 slices of lemon and olives, after which we roll up the envelopes and send them to the oven at 180 degrees for 20 min.
After 20 minutes, open the envelopes, and give another 15 minutes for cooking
These 35 minutes are enough for the meat to be the most tender and saturated with juices.
As for the number of lemons and olives, experiment. But on average, this is 2-3 lemon wedges and 6-8 olives.
Yes, do not spare sweet pepper. I only realized later that if there were twice as many of him, and he would be reduced for a sweet soul.
