A beautiful white fish, practically without bones, oily. It looks especially good when smoked. And the aroma from her - on the floor of a small shop, if not the whole, diverges.

The structure of its meat is also very attractive - it is not for nothing that oil fish is called "white tuna".

I still salivate when I see her, but... I don't. Mindful of that incident.
