I again attended to breakfast. Requirements for them - wow what. To be healthy, nourishing and low-calorie. Because the consequences of spring restrictions (the very ones that are isolation, but itself) are still with me. And they are not going to go anywhere, because the whole family cannot be put on a diet - the children are growing! And together with children and adults... only in breadth.
Increasing physical activity is unrealistic, we are not preparing for Olympians, and the age is already such that it is necessary to correlate the capabilities of the body with desires.
So there is only one conclusion - to switch, if not to a calorie deficit, then, at least, to a healthy (thorough) diet. At least in two adult faces (in mine and my spouse) Children are that, no matter how much they pack in themselves before bedtime, they manage to stay slim and sonorous - wherever the energy goes,
And do you know what you ran into?
With the fact that the imagination slips.
Oatmeal in all its forms - from oatmeal to granola - is of course healthy. But there is a suspicion - another oatmeal breakfast, and let's start playing. Muesli - there too.
Here are cheese cakes according to the healthy recipe: knead a banana for 150 grams of low-fat cottage cheese (for taste and sweetness), add a little rice (or some other useful) flour. Knead, fry in a good non-stick frying pan without oil.
This same recipe can be used for lazy dumplings. Well, almost the same. Remove the banana from the mixture, add the egg. Knead, roll a sausage from the dough, cut into pieces, cook.
True, lazy dumplings turn out to be very dreary ...
Rice pudding went well: boil half a cup of brown rice in three quarters of a cup of skim milk, stir with a small amount of crushed nuts, lay out in molds and, sprinkling with a mixture of a teaspoon of brown sugar and cinnamon, bake.
But the problem is that all these breakfasts, they, in my opinion, are more related to "dessert". That is, to not quite what you eat - and you will understand that you have eaten and even ate. Rather, they are for those who yearn for sweets with might and main.
And from savory ...
In general, my question arose: what healthy, not very high-calorie and tasty food do you eat?
