Awesomely Tasty Meat, the recipe immediately "registered" in our menu, it was only worth trying once. Suitable for a festive feast or just for lunch or dinner, it is prepared instantly, everyone likes it. It turns out a chicken that melts in your mouth, juicy, appetizing.

Recipe:

Chicken breast -600g.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Black pepper - to taste

Red pepper - to taste

Canned pineapples -1 can

Cheese -100gr.


COOKING METHOD

Cut the chicken breast into 2 pieces lengthwise. The weight of my chicken breast is 600 grams. Lightly beat the meat with a hammer on both sides.

Salt the meat on both sides, about half a tsp, add black pepper, red bell pepper to taste. Distribute the spices evenly. We take a frying pan, heat it up well, pour a little vegetable oil, put in the chicken breast and fry on each side for about 20-30 seconds. We remove from heat, so we continue with the rest of the blanks.

Cut canned pineapples into cubes, grate cheese, I have mozzarella.

Put the prepared meat on a greased baking sheet,


Lubricate the top with sour cream, mayonnaise, I grease with sour cream with mayonnaise, mixed in the same proportion.

Now put pineapples and sprinkle with cheese on top. We put in a preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and the meat is cooked.


We serve with heat to the table. It turns out so tasty and tender that you and your guests will definitely like it.
