This is a recipe in the series: minimum effort, and the result exceeds all expectations. The stuffed cabbage rolls are very tender and tasty.

Recipe:

Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls:

Minced meat -300gr.

Rice -50g.

Peking cabbage -200gr.

Onion -1pc.

Egg -1pc.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Black pepper - to taste

For the sauce:

Sour cream -150g.

Tomato paste -1 tbsp

Water -200 ml.

Garlic -3 teeth.

Salt-1/3 tsp.

COOKING METHOD

Peking cabbage 200 grams cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Put 300 grams of minced meat in a bowl, add cabbage, break 1 egg, add half a tsp. salt, spices, I add black pepper and stir.

Now add 50 grams of pre-cooked rice until half cooked. Minced meat is ready, form cabbage rolls and roll in flour. Put greased with vegetable oil in the multicooker bowl.

Let's prepare the fill. Let's measure out 150 grams of sour cream, add 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 3-4 cloves of garlic, a little salt, and pour in 200 ml of water, mix until smooth. Fill the cabbage rolls with sauce.

We put in a slow cooker. We select the extinguishing mode, press start, add the temperature with the help of Masterchef Light, and set the time to 50 minutes.

Serve ready-made lazy cabbage rolls to the table.

Everything turns out very tasty, and most importantly, it did not take us much time and effort to stand near the stove.
