Pies without molding from jellied dough in the oven. The pies are delicious! The recipe is very simple, no fuss with the dough, you do not need to sculpt anything, just knead the batter and pour the filling and bake in the oven. The filling can be different, the main thing is that it bakes quickly. Today I propose to cook with fish filling.

Recipe:

For jellied dough:

Kefir -200ml.

Sour cream -150g.

Eggs -3 pcs.

Flour -170gr.

Baking powder -1 tsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Cheese -50g.

Butter -50g.

For filling:

Canned fish Dobroflot

Natural pink salmon -1 can

Eggs -2pcs.

Greens to taste

salt to taste

COOKING METHOD

And so we proceed. First, let's prepare the dough.

Pour 200 ml of kefir into a bowl, add 150 grams of sour cream, break 3 eggs, beat with a whisk, now add 170 grams of flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, half tsp salt, grate 50 grams of cheese on a coarse grater and add to the dough, mix and add 50 grams of soft butter, mix the dough again ready.

Prepare the filling, cut 2 boiled eggs into cubes, cut the green onion.

We drain the liquid from the canned food, we do not need it and put the fish in a bowl and knead it well with a fork. Add onions and eggs. Add salt to taste, mix, the filling is ready.

We take a pan for muffins, grease with oil, put some dough on the bottom, now put the filling and fill it with dough.

Put in a preheated oven and bake and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. The number of pies depends on the shape, from a given number of ingredients I get such 15 pies.

The process of preparing such pies took me no more than 10 minutes, hands and kitchen remained clean. The pies themselves turned out to be soft, porous and tasty. The recipe you need, I recommend to cook.
